Eleven Sculptures Are Packed and Loaded
My mentor, Lorrie Goulet, had a retrospective show at the Polk Museum in Lakeland, Florida over the summer titled “Lorrie Goulet: Seventy Years Carving.” In preparation for that show, eleven of her sculptures were packed and loaded onto a truck to be driven to the museum. I was very impressed by Peter Artin (black t-shirt), who masterminded the operation. He worked with incredible focus, competence, and good humor. He’s being assisted by Zak Vreeland (pink t-shirt). Lorrie herself makes an appearance as well. And yours truly? I was the one behind the camera, recording it all.
